We had the unique oppurtunity to construct this beautifully designed home by Dennis O’Regan who owns STRUCTUS pty ltd. Dennis gave DGV the honour of putting together the concrete, formwork and reinforcing for this architectural wonder. The work involved in this design has come to define construction at its highest level. All services were hidden within concrete walls and slabs. There were floating step treads, treads and risers visible from under staircases, rebates and reccesses for finishings and structual design to defy the laws of physics. DGV were privileged to work on the construction of this concrete palace and we are grateful to be involved in the vision that Dennis had to complete this design. There is no doubt it is simply the best designed structure in castlecrag and when complete will be the best home in the area. In all my years in the construction industry I have never been so impatient to anticipate the finish of any project as much as this project and look forward to the completion of the landscaping. Thank you Dennis for the journey.
