DGV Construction is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees, visitors and members of The public. Hazards to health and safety will be removed or managed to prevent injury, illness and dangerous events. We consider Safety and incident prevention to be vital to the ultimate success of our operation and to be an integral part of managements Responsibility. We have an extensive WH&S policies and procedures manual we adhere to and offer on all our works as standard procedure and used as a guideline for all our construction activity.

An EMS is a process or tool to improve environmental performance. There are 5 key principals we follow.
- 1. We have an extensive policy with guidelines and primary values
- 2. We have management with the knowledge of implementing and managing our systems to offer our clients the confidence in achieving our goals, such as complying to legislation, sound design and execution, prevent pollution and minimising adverse impacts, involve all personnel and promote environmental practice.
- 3. We are always focused on improvement. The only way to do so is to offer staff training which includes managing and implanting our system.
